A: We service Red Bank and most neighboring towns including: Lincroft, Middletown, Rumson, Fair Haven, Little Silver, Shrewsbury, and Tinton Falls
Q: What does it mean to be a certified dog walker?
A: It means that I am a graduate of the dogTEC Dog Walking Academy trained in canine learning theory, body language, canine behavior, pack management, fight prevention/protocols and leash handling.
It also means I use scientifically sound, humane training methods with all the dogs I walk and I am Pet First Aid & CPR Certified.

A: Yes, we can provide them as requested.
Q: What if I need emergency or last minute pet care service?
A: We will try to accommodate you as best as possible, but cannot guarantee on very short notice that we can provide service. Also we can only provide these services if we have your key on file.

Q: My dog can be a handful, will you discipline my dog?
A: We are followers of the positive, rewards based training school of thought and we will not use any methods that we feel are inhumane to your pet. If your pet has a behavior problem, we can recommend trainers in the area, and we will work together with you and the trainer to follow your training plan. Additionally, our certification as a professional dog walker assures our clients that we will not practice any inhumane or non-positive treatment of dogs, including hitting or grabbing, yelling and swearing, use of shock, citronella, choke, or prong collars, squirt bottles, or other rough or inappropriate treatment.
Q: Do I need to supply any special equipment?
A: We prefer to walk dogs that wear a harness. We encourage you to provide a harness for dog walking services. Based on our experience we find harnesses to be the most user friendly for both the dog & the dog walker.
Q: What is your inclement weather policy?
A: For Dog Walking and Pet Taxi Services: If NJ stage government offices are closed, for the safety of our staff all Dog Walking Services will be cancelled. For Pet Sitting Services: We will make every effort to visit your pet as soon as it is safe to do so. Visits may be shortened and schedules adjusted to accommodate for extra travel time. Time To Go Pet Care LLC requires Client to have a responsible party to take care of your pet(s) in the event of unforeseen circumstances such as illness, death, inclement weather, or a natural disaster (such as tornado or hurricane).
