GETTING STARTED
Initial Pet Care Consultation
Fee: Complimentary
30-60 minutes.
Required for all new clients and potential clients.
During this time we will meet with you and your pet to discuss your expectations and answer any questions. If we are a good match for you and your pet, we will develop a custom Pet Care Plan, complete some forms, and pick up 2 keys and payment.
We encourage you to schedule your Initial Pet Care Consultation at least 2 weeks before your start date. Our services are in the highest demand during holidays, spring break, and summer, so if you have vacation plans during these time, please book as far in advance as possible to ensure availability.

We ask you to read these forms carefully and fill them out completely
Please present us with two sets of spare keys.** We keep 2 sets of your keys filed, anonymously marked, and secure within our office. If you plan on being a repeat customer (and we hope you do), we encourage you to participate in this convenient and free service.
This service saves you from having to remember to leave keys for each scheduled pet sitting and dog walking service. Leaving your keys on file also allows us to respond quickly to last minute or emergency needs. Although this service is recommended, it is not required and you may choose not to leave your keys on file. In that case, we charge a fee for Dropping-Off and/or Picking-Up keys. The fee is $10 each way.
